Lesson plan

A typical session for progressives begins with a warm-up on the sand. You negotiate the tricks you want. Next you go for a ride on the water. You are showing your skills. If all is well with your riding skills, an instructor goes on the water. He follows you on the water, he shows you tricks, you repeat them. He tells you what needs to be corrected, and so on until it is perfect or your tiredness.
